FAQ's - TAPE ZOOMIE

1.    What is a TAPE ZOOMIE?

TAPE ZOOMIE is a tape dispenser designed to hold 2 rolls of adhesive tape and facilitate the easy dispensing and cutting of 18 tape strips in seconds.  Tape Zoomie is predominantly used for gift wrapping but can also be used for crafting, and office tasks.

2.    Where can I buy my TAPE ZOOMIE?

TAPE ZOOMIE is available in Australia and the US.  We are working fast at expanding to more markets world-wide.  We understand this can be frustrating, because Tape Zoomie is one of a kind and patent pending, but we assure you it won’t be long till we are available in more locations.  You can also email us at info@tapezoomie.com or post on our social pages requesting Tape Zoomie in your location.

3.    Does my TAPE ZOOMIE comewith adhesive tape?

NO, your Tape Zoomie DOES NOT come with adhesive tape.  There are two standard adhesive tape rolls core sizes.  Large and small.  The two tape cores in your TAPE
ZOOMIE holding your adhesive tape is 20mm.  This size is easily available from many stationary and general stores.

4.    How do I clean my TAPE ZOOMIE?

We understand a your ZOOMIE can get a bit grubby.  To clean your TAPE ZOOMIE, dissemble it gently by extending it fully and then pulling the bars upwards through the grooves.  Wipe each part down with lukewarm soapy water to remove any sticky residue. Avoid using harsh chemicals that might damage the dispenser's material and do not put it in the dishwasher.

 

5.    What Tape size is required.

The two tape cores/spools in your TAPE ZOOMIE holding your adhesive tape is 20mm. This size is easily available from many stationary and general stores.

6.    How do I load tape into my TAPE ZOOMIE?

  • Removing the tape spools from your TAPE ZOOMIE.
  • Inserting the roll of adhesive tape onto the tape spool(core).
  • Pull the end of the tape and attached to the first bar.
  • Repeat with the other spool/core. 
  • You are now ready to ZOOM.

7.    Is TAPE ZOOMIE safe to be used by children?

Yes! We want gift wrapping and arts and crafts to be a family affair.  TAPE ZOOMIE is the only tape dispensers that does not have cutting blades and it is designed keeping child safety in mind.  We recommend an adult prepare the 18 adhesive tape strips by means of cutting, leaving 18 readily available tape lengths suitable for gift wrapping, arts and crafts.
