RETURN POLICY
If you’re looking to return your order, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 15
days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in original product.
- Returned items must be unused and have no visible signs of wear or use.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of
purchase.
We will not provide refunds for:
- Any item not in original condition, damaged or defective for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item not returned in original packaging
- Sale items
NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Please make it a priority to track your item. We will not be responsible for your missing return.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Email info@tapezoomie.com with RETURN as the subject line.
- Supply proof of sale
- Reason for return
- Photo/video if product is defective.
Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All returns will incur a management fee. If you have been approved, then your refund (less the shipping costs and management fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
